Refund Policy

This policy regulates the procedure for refunding funds for unrendered services in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

1. Refund Conditions

1.1. The Customer has the right to refuse the Service at any time and request a refund for the unused portion of the services (unspent credits), subject to payment for the actual expenses incurred.

1.2. Refunds are made proportionally to the balance of unused credits. If all credits were spent on generating images, the service is considered fully rendered, and no refund is provided.

1.3. In the event of a confirmed technical failure, the Service undertakes to restore the credit balance free of charge.

2. Refund Procedure

2.1. To process a refund, send a request to: support@kissi.io.

2.2. The request must include the account email, date and time of payment, and the reason for the refund request.

3. Processing Time

3.1. A refund request is reviewed within 3 business days.

3.2. If approved, funds will be returned to the original payment source within 10-30 business days.
